首届“普罗奖”颁奖盛典暨学术论坛
the first “pro award” ceremony and academic forum
12月19日，首届“普罗奖”（pro award）颁奖盛典暨学术论坛在上海静安洲际酒店隆重召开。本次盛会由上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会与美国建筑师学会(aia)上海、英国皇家建筑师学会（riba）倾力合作，全球知名建筑师、设计师、施工团队等城市开发者齐聚一堂，共同探讨当下城市建设需求，并以前瞻性眼光看待行业未来发展，探索建筑、地产为人民谋幸福、让生活更美好的实践路径。
on december 19, the first 'pro award' ceremony and academic forum was grandly held at intercontinental shanghai jing'an hotel. this grand event is a collaboration between the real estate architects branch of the architectural society of shanghai china (assc), the american institute of architects shanghai branch (aia shanghai) and the royal institute of british architects china branch (riba china). world-reknowned architects, designers, construction teams and urban developers gathered together to discuss the current urban construction needs. participants looked at the future development of the industry with a forward-looking perspective, and explored practical paths for construction and real estate to seek happiness for the people and make life better.
出席本次活动的嘉宾包括中国工程院院士魏敦山；全国工程勘察设计大师汪孝安；中国建筑学会副理事长、上海市建筑学会理事长、《建筑实践》主编曹嘉明；上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会会长戎武杰；上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会副会长王宏伟；上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会副会长杨凡；美国建筑师学会(aia)上海会长休·威特谟；英国皇家建筑师学会（riba）中国发展首席吕慢；著名艺术家兼艺评家林明杰，以及地产、建筑领域的专家杰俊。

改革开放四十余年来，中国的城市、人口和产业结构持续变化，这种变化也对地产行业产生了潜移默化的影响。当下，人本价值正在成为推动城市发展的核心取向，以及改进城市服务和管理的重要标尺。而地产行业积极响应时代进步，追求发展与人本、建设与内涵并重。如今，地产建筑师、开发商、施工方正逐渐向城市及产业服务运营者靠近，他们的关注点逐渐从单纯的住宅开发，拓展到服务、运营、文化激活、数字技术、产城融合、区域一体化等复合层面。在一座座富有生机与活力的城市中，他们逐渐成为城市gdp的创造者、公众生活的缔造者、社会发展的贡献者。
over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, china's cities, population, and industrial structure have continued to change, which brought a subtle impact on the real estate industry. at present, "people-orientation" has gradually become the core value that leads urban development, and it has also become an important benchmark for improving urban services and urban management. the real estate industry responded positively, pursuing the balance between development and humanism, and equal emphasis on construction and content. today, real estate architects, developers, and construction companies are gradually approaching cities and industrial service operators. their focus has expanded from simple residential development to a series of composite levels, including services, operations, cultural activation, digital technology, industry-city integration, and regional integration. in cities full of vitality, these industry practitioners have gradually become creators of urban gdp, establishers of public life, and contributors to social development.
本届“普罗奖”也在行业内引起了巨大反响与广泛关注。一方面，这一奖项由国内外权威学术机构，上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会、美国建筑师学会(aia)上海、英国皇家建筑师学会（riba）合力举办，具备权威性、全球性；另一方面，“普罗奖”海纳百川，广泛吸纳全球优质项目，既关注建筑创作，又看重文化传承、环境融合，体现出的包容性、文化性。
the "pro award" of this year has also aroused positive echoes and widespread interest across the industry. on the one hand, this award is jointly organized by three domestic and foreign authoritative academic institutions, namely assc, aia and riba, making it a authoritative and global award; on the other hand, the "pro award" embraces global talents and high-quality projects, focusing not only on architectural creation, but also on cultural heritage and environmental integration, emporwing the award with inclusiveness and culturalism.
上海市建筑学会副理事长，同济大学建筑与规划学院博导、教授李振宇与日本新生代最有才华的建筑师之一藤本壮介也为颁奖典礼送来贺词。李振宇强调，在疫情影响下，无论是建筑师还是开发商都是“乙方”，都要积极探索如何为公众创造宜居、健康的理想空间，如何打造美好的城市环境，这就使得通过“普罗奖”树立行业标杆十分必要。“我们期待这一奖项能为地产行业带来欣喜、振奋和热情。”而日本建筑师藤本壮介提出，“普罗奖”这样具有国际化视野的奖项与活动对于行业的发展具有重要意义，建筑师迫切需要彼此分享、互相启发，共同开创未来。
professor li zhenyu, vice chairman of assc, doctoral supervisor of school of architecture and planning of tongji university, and sou fujimoto, one of the most talented architects of the new generation in japan, also sent congratulations to the award ceremony. li zhenyu emphasized that under the influence of covid-19, both architects and developers are "party b" and must actively explore the ways to create a livable and healthy ideal space for the public. this makes it very necessary to establish industry benchmarks through the "pro award". "we look forward to this award can bring joy, excitement and enthusiasm to the real estate industry." japanese architect sou fujimoto pointed out that awards and activities with an international perspective, such as the "pro award", are of great significance to the development of the industry, whereas architects urgently need to share and inspire each other to create the future together.
思考并不断探索城市开发的新路径是每一位地产建筑师的本心。在2020年这样一个特殊的年份里，打造布局合理、设施齐全、服务完善的智能化、人性化空间逐渐成为了时代要求。伴随着疫情缓解及经济重启，城市开发建设中公共产品的价值取向也有所改变，上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会会长、绿地控股集团总建筑师戎武杰认为，地建师必须面对时代、面对社会、面对公众作出自己的价值判断和行动回应。地产建筑师分会希望通过此次活动，展现卓越城市建设者、开发者的专业作为。
it is the heart of every real estate architect to think about and constantly explore new paths for urban development. in the special year of 2020, it has gradually become a requirement of the times to create an intelligent and humanized space with reasonable layout, complete facilities and perfect services. given the gradual relief of covid-19 pandemic and the economic restart, the value orientation of public goods in urban development and construction has also changed. rong wujie, chairman of the real estate architects branch of assc and chief architect of greenland holding group, believes that real estate architects must make their own value judgments and action responses in the face of the times, society and the public. the real estate architect branch thus hopes to demonstrate the professional deeds of outstanding city builders and developers through this event.

美国建筑师学会（aia）上海会长hugh whitmore也高度评价，这一权威、专业的国际化平台不仅能将中国地产带向世界，更能让国际建筑师看到中国地产行业发展的巨大优势及潜力。他感慨，在“普罗奖”的评审中，他深深感受到了中国城市地产行业发展的巨大需求和迅猛速度，也看到了中国地产人的强大专业能力与雄厚资源储备。英国皇家建筑师学会（riba）国际总监azlina bulmer也自伦敦发来祝贺。在她看来，中国建筑行业在过去的十年中创造了领先全球的成就，也为世界建筑的发展带来灵感和活力。“好的设计并非只存在于超高层建筑或地标性建筑中，如今我们越来越关注场景塑造、环境融合以及可持续发展。本次活动中的优秀项目让我们看到了更多的可能性，也让我们看到更多美好城市背后的耕耘者。”
hugh whitmore, chairman of aia shanghai also spoke highly of the "pro award", emphasizing that this authoritative and professional international platform can not only bring chinese real estate to the world, but also allow international architects to see the huge advantages and potential of china's real estate industry. he commented that, during the review of the "pro award", he not only felt the huge demand and rapid development speed of china's urban real estate industry, but also saw the strong professional capabilities and abundant resource of chinese real estate practitioners. azlina bulmer, international director of riba also sent congratulations from london. in her view, china's construction industry has created world-leading achievements in the past ten years and has brought inspiration and vitality to the development of global architecture, commenting that "good design does not only exist in super high-rise buildings or landmark buildings. now we are paying more and more attention to scene modeling, environmental integration and sustainable development. the excellent projects in this event let us see more possibilities. it also allows us to see more cultivators behind beautiful cities."

每一座城市都有自身独特的发展历史，形成城市文脉的印记，这也是每一位城市居民心中的文化情节。而无论行业如何发展，文脉传承与活力激发都是永恒的话题。在经历了过去高速城市建设的历程，我们开始反思大规模城市建设对城市肌理、尺度以及文脉的破坏，并更加关注城市的历史以及文化价值。这也对地产建筑师及开发商在空间融合、可持续发展等方面提出了更高的要求。在论坛上，全国工程勘察设计大师汪孝安带来主题为“城市生长印记与持续活力”的主题演讲，通过案例分析，探讨建筑功能定位与可持续发展、建筑空间尺度与环境融合以及如何以可持续发展的建筑生态观, 呵护城市历史文脉并不断激发城市的活力。
each city has its own unique development history and the imprint of its urban context. this is also the cultural memory in the hearts of every urban resident. no matter how the industry develops, cultural heritage and vitality are eternal topics. after experiencing high-speed urban construction, we began to reflect on the destruction of urban texture, scale, and context caused by large-scale urban construction. we also pay more attention to the history and cultural value of the city. this places higher demands on real estate architects and developers in terms of spatial integration and sustainable development. wang xiaoan, a national engineering survey and design master, gave a keynote speech with the theme of "urban growth imprint and sustainable vitality" during the forum. through case analysis, he explored the relationship between architectural function positioning and sustainable development, architectural space scale and environmental integration. he also expounded how to use the sustainable architectural ecological concept to protect the historical context and continuously stimulate the vitality of the city.

著名艺术家兼艺评家林明杰则从建筑与艺术史发展的角度带来跨界演讲，为行业发展提供新的思考角度。他提出，“在这个建筑与艺术发展的黄金时代，二者必将密不可分、互相成就。”
lin mingjie, a famous artist and art critic, brought cross-industry speeches from the perspective of the development of architecture and art history, providing a new perspective for industry development. he pointed out, "in this golden age of architecture and art development, the two must be inseparable and support each other".

当日，首届“pro 奖”颁奖盛典顺利举办。在为期半个月的专业评审中，由7位行业翘楚组成的执委会，以及具有深厚专业背景及实践经验的17位评审、6位享有国际盛誉的荣誉学术评委尤其注重如何用专业设计激发建筑活力、塑造交往空间、助力城市发展，促进全产业链促进全产业链，包括建筑、景观、室内、幕墙、策划、施工等的交流。颁奖现场共公布并颁发“类别奖”（商业建筑、公共建筑、城镇开发、居住建筑、城市更新），“专项奖”（景观设计、室内设计、建筑幕墙、项目策划、工艺实施）以及“综合铂金大奖”等十类奖项，认证并表彰那些带动城市与区域经济发展、体现卓越管理模式与创新意识、为城市不断注入活力的建筑地产人及其项目。
on december 19, the first "pro award" ceremony was also successfully held. in the half-month professional review, an executive committee composed of 7 experts, 17 reviewers with profound professional background and practical experience, and 6 honorary academic judges with international reputation, made a careful award selection. they pay full attention to how professional design can stimulate architectural vitality, shape communication space, and help urban development, and also fully considered projects that promote communication throughout the industry chain, including architecture, landscape, interior, curtain wall, planning, construction, etc. ten categories of awards were announced and awarded at the ceremony, including "category awards" (commercial architecture, public buildings, urban development, residential architecture, urban renewal), and "special awards"(landscape design, interior design, architectural curtain wall, project planning, process implementation) and "comprehensive platinum award". the construction and real estate practitioners and their projects, who have driven the development of the city and regional economy, embodied excellent management models and innovative consciousness, and have continuously injected vitality into the city, were certified and awarded.

the architectural society of shanghai china has always adhered to its position as an academic professional organization, and carried out extensive cross-border exchanges with shanghai as the center. in 2018, the assc organized world-class real estate architects, became the first academic organisation that established a real estate architect organization among the chinese professional industry societies. in the "pro award", the real estate architects branch of assc brought together professionals who partcipated in the pre-planning, mid-term implementation, and post-operation and maintenance of real estate projects. the branch introduced the award with professionalism, value and credibility in the real estate industry, by focusing on architectural creation, ensuring the completion of the building, and post-evaluation. it is hoped that this award will lead and promote academic and technological development, jointly practicing the concept of "people's city for the people", creating future-oriented practical results, and realizing people's yearning for a better life.
