中国城市发展经历了改革开放40余年黄金时期,涌现了一批高质量、高水平的城市建设项目,在一大批优秀建筑创作的背后,地产建筑师扮演了重要角色。他们富有创作策划热情、在市场经济和城市化的进程大背景下,即践行城市规划的要求又脚踏实地的为百姓造房,承担着历史使命和社会责任。他们用自己的专业性,为城市发展做出了巨大贡献。

the urban development of china has undergone a golden period of more than 40 years of reform and opening up. during which, a number of high- quality and high-level urban construction projects have emerged. underneath numerous outstanding architectural creations, real estate architects have played an important role. under the background of the market economy and urbanization process, they, filled with creative and planning enthusiasm, not only fulfill the requirements of urban planning but also build houses for the people, performing their historical mission and social responsibilities. they make great contributions to urban development with their expertise.
within the context of inventory development and urban renewal, evaluating the value of modern and contemporary architecture becomes a meaningful job appealed by all sectors of society. employing “practical, economical, green and beautiful” as the construction policy, we will guide the healthy development of urban construction, excavating and discovering the high-quality projects that represent the current and future level of urban construction from the perspective of architectural creation, design completion, and post-evaluation. awards that are truly professional, benchmarking, valuable, and credible in the real estate field are thus introduced. with the help of rich project experiences, we will select and award real estate projects with real commercial value, cultural value, and social value by concentrating on the entire life cycle of the projects and the perspective of society, economy, humanities, and environment.

奖项设置
awards
· 类别奖:
包括最佳居住建筑奖、最佳公共建筑奖、最佳城镇开发奖、最佳商业建筑奖(包括酒店、办公等)、最佳城市更新奖。
· 专项奖:
包括最佳景观奖(包括照明)、最佳室内奖、最佳幕墙奖、最佳策划奖、最佳施工工艺奖。
· 综合奖:“pro 地产奖”
a)同时获得类别奖、专项奖的项目将被提名,由评审委员会评选得奖;
b)设置最多三个奖项,依据当年申报情况确定;
c)获奖为整体项目团队,包括地产、策划、设计、施工、幕墙、物业。
category award:
best residential building award, best public building award, best town development award, best commercial building award (including hotel, office, etc.), best urban renewal award
special award:
best landscape award (including lighting), best interior award, best curtain wall award, best planning award, best construction technology award
comprehensive award: “pro real estate award”
a) projects that have won the best developer award, category award, and special award at the same time are nominated and selected by the jury;
b) set up at most three awards, determined according to the application situation of the year;
c) the winner is the overall project team, including real estate, planning, design, construction, and property.

申报须知 & 要求
notifications & requirements
· 申报资格
a)申报项目时间区间:
2020年09月30日前竣工验收(或分期完工)的项目可提交;
b) 项目类别:
居住建筑类项目、公共建筑类项目、文化城镇类项目、商业类项目(包括酒店办公等)、城市更新类项目;
c) 项目地点:
中国境内及境外均可;
d) 申报主体:
开发企业、设计企业、工程顾问企业及个人(所在国家、城市地区不限);
注:由开发企业、非开发企业投资建设的销售型、运营型和公共服务项目均可申报。
a) project completion date: projects that are completed and accepted before september 30, 2020 (or completed in phases) can be submitted;
b) project type: residential building projects, public building projects, cultural town projects, commercial projects (including hotel, office, etc.), urban renewal projects;
c) project location: both inside and outside china;
d) applicant type: development companies, design companies, engineering consulting companies and individuals (there are no restrictions on the country or urban area where the applicant and the applied project are located;);
note: sales, operation, and public service projects invested and constructed by development companies and non-development companies can also apply for the award.
· 申报须知
a) 申报机构在评审未开始前有权申请退出比赛,但所提交的参赛申报费不予退还;
b) 申报机构必须保证其申报作品及相关公开材料中不存在任何侵犯或违反第三方权益的情况,包括商标权、知识产权等;
c) 设计、名称以及已注册或尚未注册的专利权,如因申报机构违反此项而造成与他人的纠纷,主办单位不承担任何责任;
d) 申报机构申报项目时,有义务通知所申报项目的合作/联合设计方,并获得合作/联合设计方的认可或同意方可申报该项目。如在公布奖项后,因申报机构未提前告知并得到合作/联合设计方的认可或同意而与第三方设计方产生的纠纷,组委会原则上进行采取协调的原则,如协调不成组委会有权收回该项目的获奖资格。如该项目的合作/联合设计方同时需要组委会授予荣誉,需补办相关申报手续。
a) participating organizations have the right to withdrawal from the competition before the start of the award selection, but the application fee will not be refunded;
b) participating organizations must ensure that their entries and related public materials do not infringe or violate the rights of third parties, including trademark rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
c) the organizer shall not be liable for any disputes between third parties and the participating organization, which are caused by the violation of design, name, and registered or unregistered patent rights;
d) when applying, participating agencies are obliged to notify the cooperation party/co-designer of the applied project, and obtain the approval or consent of the cooperation party/co-designer before submitting the application. after the award is announced, if the participating organization has not notified in advance and obtained the third-party recognition or consent, which causes disputes, the organizing committee shall adopt the principle of coordination. if the coordination fails, the organizing committee has the right to withdraw the awards. if the cooperation party/co-designer of the award-winning projects also asks for awards, relevant application procedures must be completed.

· 资料提交
通过邮箱递交材料包,进行电子申报,具体要求如下:
a) 项目综述:详见“pro 地产奖项目申报表”,或拉到底部点击“阅读全文”进行下载;
b) 项目“设计完成度”评估资料:
产品前期策划与项目设计亮点在竣工落成后,项目与策划设计初衷是否保持一致的叙述和分析资料。如项目竣工三年以上,鼓励提供第三方后评估资料与数据。
注:可由申报企业依据项目特点和实际情况编辑、汇总相关数据和内容,也可提交第三方评估数据。
c) 可以说明设计意图的主要图纸(总平面、平面、立面、剖面),jpg、pdf文件为宜,图片分辨率大于300dpi,符合印刷精度要求;
d) 能反映建筑物造型及不同角度的实景照片;
e) 鉴于评审需要,并另提供作品介绍演示ppt一份(简版1份8页);
f) 其他选择资料:绿色建筑星级评定、项目获益者的评价等;
*资料提交后,由执行委员会组织专家对申报项目进行注册和资格预审,通过后将以短信和邮件的方式回复申报成功。
the application materials should be submitted electronically to assc via e-mails. the specific requirements are as follows:
a) project summary: see “pro real estate award project application form” for details, and please visit the assc website (http://www.assc.org.cn) to download the application form;
b) project “design completion degree” evaluation material:
the evaluation material includes pre-project planning and design highlights, as well as materials for discussing and analyzing whether the project is consistent with the original intention of the planning and design after the completion of the project. if the project is completed for more than three years, it is encouraged to provide third-party post-assessment materials and data.
note: the applying organization can edit and summarize relevant data and content based on the characteristics and actual conditions of the project, or submit third-party evaluation data.
c) the main drawings (general floor plan, floor plan, elevation, section), which explains the design intent. jpg and pdf files are recommended, and the image resolution should be greater than 300dpi, which satisfies the printing requirements;
d) real photos that illustrate the building from different angles;
e) in view of the needs of the review, a copy of the project introduction powerpoint slides should be provided (8 pages);
f) other optional material: star rating of green building, evaluation of project beneficiaries, etc.;
* after the material is submitted, the committee will organize experts to register and pre-qualify the applied projects, whereas successfully applied companies will be notified by sms and email.

what do you win?
a) 上海市建筑学会与《建筑实践》将对部分获奖项目主持设计师进行采访、并在上海市建筑学会官方网站、官方微信频道、《建筑实践》、地产奖官方网站等媒体渠道进行发布;
b) 上海市建筑学会将提供部分获奖者在下一年度论坛上进行获奖演讲或对话的机会;
c) 所有获奖作品将在上海市建筑学会与《建筑实践》的新媒体平台上(凯发娱乐官网、微信、微博、app、群邮系统等)同步发布。
d) 入围公司将在2020年12月下旬颁奖典礼上与获奖作品和品牌一起被提名,并在典礼后获得奖杯和证书。
a) the architectural society of shanghai china (assc) and architectural practice will interview some of the award-winning project designers, and publicize on multiple media channels, including the official website and wechat account of the assc, as well as architectural practice;
b) shanghai architectural society will provide opportunities for some winners to deliver award-winning speeches or talks at the next annual forum;
c) all winning projects will be released on the new media platforms (including official website, wechat, weibo, app, e-mail system, etc.) of assc and architectural practice simultaneously.
d) the shortlisted companies will be nominated together with the winning projects and brands at the awards ceremony in late december 2020, and will receive trophies and certificates after the ceremony.

评选流程与进度
key date
1. october 16 assc and cooperative media release award notices and the application form;
2. november 20 the award application ends. the executive committee organizes experts to register and pre-qualify the applied projects, and the results are reported to the review committee;
3. november 21 the applied project will be publicized on the website of assc, publications, and social media. opinions will be heard within five working days;
4. november 29 the opinions collected during the publicization period will be feedback to the review committee, and the project list will be sorted and announced. the list of shortlisted projects will be determined by an expert review meeting;
5. december 05 hold the final review expert review meeting to determine the list of winning projects through anonymous voting, and trophies and award certificates will be made for the winning projects;
6. december 19 hold award ceremony and achievement exhibition
